FELSENTHAL, BERNARD

(1822-1908)

American rabbi. He was born in Germany and settled in the US in 1854. He served as rabbi in Chicago from 1861 to 1887. He was a founder of the Jewish Publication Society of America and the American Jewish Historical Society.
