Inspired by the injustice of the Sacco-Vanzetti case, the play centers upon anIrishand an Italian labor organizer who are framed for the murder of a paymaster. A corrupt court system allows tainted evidence and coached witnesses. The execution of the two innocent men is confirmed in the last scene.
