GLOBAL SOURCING DIRECTOR

This person's duties include overseeing and creating strategies and buying plans; developing and maintaining relationships with overseas suppliers; managing aggressive sourcing policies and procedures; managing liaison offices; and motivating and developing staff. The global source director should possess expertise in foreign trade to excel in this position.
