LANDSHATH, ELIEZER

German liturgical scholar and historian. He was born in Lissa. He worked as a bookseller and later was superintendent of the cemetery of the Berlin Jewish community. HisAmmude ha-Avodahis a history of Jewish litur-gical poets and their works.
