Feiffer, Jules: translation

American playwright and cartoonist. He grew up in New York and contributed cartoons to theVillage Voicein the 1950s. Much of his satire is based on Jewish sensibility; his characters are often victims at the mercy of a hostile world. He also wrote a number of plays dealing with Jewish themes.
