BRADY, PAT

(1914–1972)

Born Robert Patrick, Brady entered show business at age four and Western films in 1937 as the bass player for the Sons of the Pioneers. Although Brady played Charles Starrett’s sidekick, he is best remembered as one of Roy Rogers’s sidekicks, often as Sparrow Biffle, because of his tall, lean frame.
