CREDIT ENHANCEMENT

(механизм повышения кредитного качества)

инструмент или механизм, который позволяет повысить кредитное качество денежного потока от одного или более активов; элементы структуры в секьюритизации, призванные обеспечить защиту инвесторов от потерь по обеспечивающим активам.
