SEARCH JACK

v.
To include in a Web page popular, but superfluous, search terms (such as "sex" or "Lewinsky") in order to appear in the results when people search for those terms. (Search+hijack)
Example Citation:
Competition to show up in Web searches is so enormous that big money is being spent to help sites appear prominently. In this jockeying for position, some sites resort to 'search jacking.'
