M-channels: translation

Voltage-sensitive potassium +channels inactivated by acetylcholine. ACh acting at muscarinic acetylcholinesterase receptors produces an internal messenger that turns off this class of K channel. A mechanism for regulating the sensitivity of cells to synaptic input.
