Italian rabbinical scholar. He served as a rabbi in Forli and Bologna. His method-ological workMafteah ha-Gemarawas reprinted in 1697 in Helmstedt with a Latin translation and notes, and again reprinted in the 18th century inClavis Talmudica maxima.
