IBN YAHIA, DAVID BEN SOLOMON

Portuguese biblical commentator and grammarian. He was born in Lisbon and served as a rabbi there. Later he lived in Naples and Constantinople. He wrote biblical commentaries, grammatical and legal studies, and a commentary onMaimonides'Guide for the Perplexed.
