Crimean Karaite scholar and liturgical poet. His commentary on the Pentateuch,Sepher ha-Mivhar(1293), was used by Karaites in the 14th and 15th centuries. Aaron's redaction of the Karaite liturgy was adopted by most Karaite congregations.
