SAVAL, MANOLITA

(1923-2001)

born in France of Spanish parents, Manolita Saval made her Mexican film debut in 1938. She had ingenue and leading lady roles through the mid-1940s, and then made occasional appearances in supporting parts, as late asLa guerra de las pasteles(1978).
