Beatriz Aguirre, born in Coahuila, made her debut in 1944. Often cast as a sensitive, serious young woman, then moved into wife and mother parts. Continued in character roles into the 1990s; also on television. Won the Best Actress Ariel forLos años de Greta(1991).
